This New Home Cash Back Rebate Program allows the home buyer to extract a portion of the sales marketing fee that would otherwise be retained by the developer's onsite agents. This buyer incentive will be in the form of a 1% to 2% cash back rebate upon the closing of their new home and is a portion of the sales commission earned by Licensed Agents who work with the buyer. This sales commission is paid by the Home Builder or Developer and it is allocated for the Buyer's Agent. If the buyer has opted not to have their own agent (Realtor®), then this sales commission would be left untapped. The developer or onsite agents would retain it. You see, in this highly competitive market, developers realize that most buyers will have their own agent so they have built this sales commission into the prices of their new homes to encourage agents to bring their buyers. It is paid to Licensed Agents only.

- Visit the new developments & communities that interest you.
- Register Us as your buyer agent at each sales center. If they require us to be present, don't register & call us (770) 605-6261
- Identify the New Home you want & Contact Us
- Once price & terms are agreed upon, we will meet @ the development to sign the purchase agreement.
- Close on your new home. Your rebate can be credited toward closing costs, upgrades, sales price reduction or a cash back check issued within 24 hrs. after closing.
